“I entered the US Army January 1956 and completed 8 years. Honor graduate of the JFK Special Warfare School completing Psychology, Counter Insurgency, and Special Forces. Joined the Air Force July 1964 and received a commission September 1964. Completed Basice Meteorology at OU, MS meteorology Penn State, two associate degrees from CREI (computer engineering and electrical engineering). Worked on the NEXRAD JSPO from January 1980 through 1984. Retired from Air Force March 1985 and joined the civilian world with Martin Marietta writing the specification for the TDWR. Went to work for Riverside Research in 1987 supporting SDIO. Worked with John Tellers on the Brillant Pebbles development. Supported SDIO at TASS systems for one year and went to work for ICF (ADL first). Went to work for SAIC when contract was lost by ICF. Technical support for all FAA Weather Programs. Cam”
